Because our merchandise is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
That said, we absolutely want you to receive the correct item in perfect condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not require you to return damaged or defective items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Made-to-order items that are not damaged or defective
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Normal wear and tear
- Items reported outside the 7-day window
